Shipping policy

Order processing: 

The order status will change to “Shipped” once the parcel has been dispatched, and confirmation of this change will be sent to the Customer’s email address. 

Shipping: 

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. During holiday periods, on public holidays and during promotions, order processing times may be longer. 

We ship orders over PLN 39 free of charge. 

Problems with a parcel: 

The Customer must check the condition of the parcel on collection. If any damage is noticed, the Customer should immediately inform the carrier and contact the Seller. 

Delivery costs: 

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed when you place your order.
